The range of processable raw materials is equally broad. It includes polypropylene (PP), polyester (PES), polyamide (PA) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN), viscose (CV), glass and carbon fibers as well as natural fibers such as flax, hemp, jute, wool and cotton, together with recycled and reclaimed fibers. Product parameters range from very lightweight nonwovens with basis weights starting at approximately 10 gsm to heavy nonwovens of up to 9,000 gsm.
