AUTEFA Solutions has been developing and delivering turnkey automation systems and customized machines for more than 70 years. The Automation business unit specializes in automatic systems that cover the entire material flow, from production machines to the storage of goods in intermediate warehouses. One of our core competencies is designing innovative, tailor-made installations to meet specific customer requirements. 

AUTEFA Solutions designs and implements complete and complex systems as well as intralogistics solutions for the plastic container industry, food and dairy industry, beverage industry, and a wide range of non-food applications. Worldwide, numerous installations have been successfully commissioned, earning significant recognition for their high quality and innovation.

In addition, AUTEFA Solutions offers service and spare parts for CERTANT palletizers, depalletizers, and packers formerly produced by CERTUS Maschinenbau GmbH, Friedberg. Existing CERTUS systems are modernized and expanded with new AUTEFA Solutions equipment.

Turn-key lines

Based on many years of experience, AUTEFA Solutions offers comprehensive planning services for complete filling lines and packaging systems and, if desired, implements them as a turnkey supplier. Our approach allows our customers to benefit from a single point of contact for the entire realization of a complete line. We have the option to offer proven machines from partner companies or to integrate our customers' preferred suppliers. AUTEFA Solutions coordinates all interfaces between suppliers and presents complete lines that meet the specific requirements and performance data.

During the entire installation and commissioning process, our project management takes care of the detailed planning for a smooth installation and coordinates the communication with all suppliers. The result is a fully functional system that meets the highest standards.

AUTEFA Solutions and Serac work together exclusively in Germany and Austria as cooperation partners in the planning and realisation of complete filling lines. The many years of experience of both companies in the filling and packaging of high-quality products are combined to offer optimised systems and complete solutions from a single source. AUTEFA Solutions supports Serac in sales for the entire portfolio and is also the first point of contact for customers when it comes to servicing the systems.
