High-Performance Spunlace Line for Sale – Available Now (Inspection in Linz)

We are investing in our Nonwovens Competence Center in Linz (Austria) and further upgrading our trial facilities. As part of this upgrade, we are offering a Spunlace complete line from our competence center for sale. This proven setup produces high-quality hydroentangled nonwovens with strong consistency and productivity, and is suitable for regular production.

The line is fully operational, available at short notice, and can be inspected on site in Linz (tests/acceptance by arrangement). It is an attractive alternative to new equipment — backed by AUTEFA Solutions with service, commissioning and upgrade options.

Process & technology highlights

Web forming is made by an Injection Card, designed to deliver a uniform, reproducible web — an essential foundation for premium Spunlace fabric quality.

At the core of the line is the V-Jet FUTURA hydroentanglement system combined with the SQ-V Square Drum Dryer, with a clear focus on efficient bonding and drying.

The V-Jet process is highly versatile: it can entangle not only carded webs, but also spunlaid/spunbond, wetlaid, and drafted webs. In addition, porous sheet materials (e.g., textiles) can be unwound and fed into the system for bonding or other physical processing.

Working width: effectively up to 1,200 mm (line bottleneck; individual modules may vary — details in the datasheet).

Included machines & modules (from web preparation to finished roll)

This line covers the full process chain and includes:

  • Fiber preparation and feeding (2020): filling cage and chute feed with profiling
    Optional: opening & blending can also be supplied new and tailored to your raw material and throughput needs.
  • Injection Card web forming (2002): incl. randomized take-off concept for stable web structure
  • Hydroentanglement: V-Jet FUTURA (2019): multi-drum concept with pre-wetting, dewatering, and optional structuring
  • Drying: SQ-V Square Drum Dryer (2020): multi-zone temperature and air circulation control
  • Cutting and winding (2019): for finished rolls

Selected peripheral modules can be supplied new and tailored to your requirements, while the main competence-center line components offer an attractive used-line value — combining cost advantage with a performance-oriented configuration.
