Carding line for carbon and composite fibers for sale – available now (inspection in Linz)

We are investing in our Nonwovens Competence Center in Linz and continuing to expand our trial facilities. As part of this upgrade, we are offering a selected carding and needlepunch line for carbon and composite fibers (ex demo room, YOC 2017) for sale. The line is fully operational, available now, and can be inspected on site in Linz (tests/acceptance by arrangement). Process & technology highlights

The line is designed as an end-to-end setup—from fiber preparation through carding and crosslapping (with a web conveyor section) to mechanical consolidation using a needlepunching machine. This enables stable, reproducible web structures for carbon- and glass-fiber-based applications.
