Higher productivity, sustainability and Industry 4.0 compatible solutions will be the highlights of AUTEFA presentations at the forthcoming ITMA Asia+ CITME in Shanghai. Latest machines from the business units Nonwovens Technology, Woollen Carding Technology and Baling Technology will be featured at the event later this month, at Hall 7, Stand A24.
The key advantages of the full range of the AUTEFA Solutions textile equipment portfolio will be explained, with a detailed focus on a number of specific innovations. Visitors will hear about the economic and technical benefits of AUTEFA as a systems supplier for full nonwovens lines in technology for carded-crosslapped needlepunching, aerodynamic web forming, spunlace production, and thermobonding. Reducing commissioning times – that is the immediate aim of Autefa Solutions, a well-known manufacturer of textile fiber baling presses, production lines and machines for the production of nonwovens as well as automation technologies, which is used in the beverage industry, for example. Digitalizing important parts of the line with perfectly interconnecting Siemens software tools represents an up-to-date method of achieving such a goal. The company plans to let future bale presses reach technical readiness in the form of a digital twin before they get commissioned in the real word – a process which, ideally, will take half as long as usual. In the current project, the company used a digital process to verify the concept for the world's fastest bale press with automatic packaging.
As a global market leader in the field of fully automatic bale packing systems for staple fiber and tow Autefa Solutions offers the entire range from fiber transport to the baler, as well as bale transport and storage of the pressed, wrapped and strapped bales in bale warehouses. With its flexible baling concept, Autefa Solutions sets a benchmark in terms of fast growing fiber line capacities. Dirk Falise, Global Sales Director Autefa Solutions, explains: “We see a strong request in man-made fibers lines with highest capacity. The capacity of these Jumbo fibers lines increased nearly every year, there is no end in sight for this trend. A fiber production capacity of up to 800 t/day in the viscose industry is already in production realised by the Autefa Uni-Fork system. Worldwide the Viscose producers growing even faster related the possibilities of capacity. More information
AUTEFA Solutions Germany, world market leader of automatic fiber logistics and manufacturer of hydraulic fiber presses presented a new machine concept two years ago with the UNI-FORK. The UNI-FORK optimizes the process of pressing a bale, increases the efficiency of the process and improves the quality of the fiber packing. In the meantime the process reached marketability and machines have already been installed at customers of AUTEFA Solutions successfully. More information
