Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

The business areas at our Friedberg location include nonwoven technology, fiber press technology, and automation technology.

To strengthen our Finance Department, we are looking for a committed and qualified professional to join us as a Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing and reviewing travel expense claims
  • Recording, verifying and posting incoming invoices
  • Account reconciliation and clarification within accounts payable
  • Supporting the implementation of SAP
  • Processing electronic correspondence
  • Performing general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field, e.g. as an Industrial Management Assistant
  • At least five years of professional experience in a finance department
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud, is desirable
  • Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
  • A structured, meticulous and reliable approach to work
  • Proficient in the use of common Microsoft Office applications
