Site objectives have been defined for the areas of management, finance, occupational safety/environmental protection, quality & organization, human resources, and projects, which are continuously reviewed and revised. In addition, objectives are also defined for individual areas and work is carried out to achieve them.

Employee appraisals are conducted with employees to discuss, agree, and monitor goals.

The working hours of the employees of AUTEFA Solutions are regulated by a company agreement. Despite the existing core working hours, flexible working hours can be agreed based on operational processes.
