These days we are facing a completely new situation for all of us, which presents us with great challenges. Of course, we too are trying to do our part to slow down the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible. Therefore, many of our employees now work from home. This way we will continue to handle your projects and inquiries with the usual quality and reliability. However, there are of course one or two organizational changes:
Availability by telephone
We may not be able to automatically transfer incoming telephone calls to the desired contact person. Therefore, we ask you to avoid calls as far as possible and instead send a short e-mail to the desired contact person with the request to call back. They will then contact you immediately.
New working hours
As is certainly the case with many of you too, this situation means that employees must reorganize their everyday lives, perhaps because they must look after their children at home. Therefore, it can happen that our staff will not always be available at the usual times. We ask for your understanding.
