Whistleblower Protection

The Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz) entered into force on July 2, 2023. It implements the European Union’s Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and aims to strengthen legal compliance and protect individuals who report violations of law or internal regulations.

Our company is committed to transparency, integrity, and accountability. In accordance with this legislation, we encourage employees and external parties to report potential misconduct or legal infringements. This may include breaches of applicable laws, internal policies, or ethical standards.

AUTEFA Solutions Italy S.r.l. complies with the Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, which transposes the EU Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) into national law. This legislation aims to strengthen the protection of individuals who report violations of laws, ethical codes, or internal regulations. In line with this legal framework, AUTEFA Solutions Italy has implemented a dedicated reporting platform that ensures confidentiality and safeguards whistleblowers from retaliation. Employees and external stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct or breaches of applicable regulations. Reports can be submitted securely and confidentially through our official whistleblowing channel.
