AUTEFA Solutions high speed webforming sub-system, consisting of Injection card and Crosslapper CL4006 SL supports customers to keep or extend their leadership in the highly competitive Spunlace market. The proven technology runs in several production lines all around the globe and boost the speed and production in existing and new spunlace lines. AUTEFA Solutions Injection card enables (Drylaid) web forming at very high production. With the Topliner CL4006 SL AUTEFA Solutions offers a crosslapper with special features for the Spunlace application. 

Sustainable manufacturing is a key goal for AUTEFA, with a focus on manufacturing solutions which preserve both energy and raw materials. Spunlace processes can require relatively high energy usage, so AUTEFA has developed the unique combination of V-Jet FUTURA hydroentanglement machine and SQ-V Square Drum Dryer, which can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. The V-Jet Injector also enables customers to modernize existing production lines with the newest hydroentanglement technology.

AUTEFA Solutions offers the entire range from fiber transport to the baling press, as well as bale transport and storage of the finally pressed, wrapped and strapped bales in bale warehouses. Today, a fully automated baling process with bale transport directly to the warehouse has become utmost essential, as due to the growing capacities of fiber lines, manual packing of bales would be impossible without massive use of labour and space. Highest efficiency of fiber production is only granted by consequent automation of a fiber line.
