The Pick & Place robot CETRTANT PP is designed to pack or unpack cans, round, oval, or square glass bottles or plastic bottles in plastic crates, carton (with or without compartments) or trays. Depending on the configuration of the line capacities up to 40.000 bph are realised. A completely automatic product change via HMI is possible so all devices adjust automatically to the new bottle sizes and reduce the change over time to a minimum while improving the availability of the machine. The AUTEFA Solutions multigripper head with 4 adjustable axes for bottle diameters between 55mm and 114mm ensures automatic product change without format or change parts. Due to his flexibility and economic advantages, the Pick & Place robot CERTANT PP is the perfect machine when it comes to different types of bottle handling in the brewing and wine industry.
