FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINES FROM Serac

With over 50 years of experience, Serac has built up a unique and very high level of expertise in the design and manufacture of filling and capping machines for liquid and viscous products in bottles and cups. This underlines the company's competence and innovation in the field of filling technology. Serac specialises in weight-measured filling technology (net weight fillers), where load cells are used at each filling station to fill precise quantities of product without contact. The system can fill cups, bottles or any different containers made of glass, PET, HDPE, PP, PS or metal.

The Serac range extends from the blow-moulder to the capper and enables the realisation of ultra-clean or aseptic filling lines. The combination of rinser/decontamination, filler and capper meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. To ensure optimum sterilisation, Serac uses various sterilisation solutions such as hydrogen peroxide, pulsed light, peracetic acid and the innovative BluStream® process for containers and closures.

ATEX machines and versions for corrosive products are also available. This versatility of the product range underlines Serac's ability to offer customised solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

HIGH-TECH CUP FILLER FROM Serac

Serac has unique expertise in the design and manufacture of filling and sealing machines for food (including PET food) and non-food products in pre-formed cups. All filling and sealing machines are equipped with special filling nozzles that respect product textures. Nova or Doselec fillers, which also belong to the Serac Group, are used. These cup fillers can be used to fill up to 5-layer products.
